    meeting. We may wish to team with another firm to respond. Unfortunately, the City can not share this information other than with the persons who attended the pre-bid conference. 
    Can you please tell me if it is required for sub-consultants to submit the required forms also, or just the prime contractor for the proposal?  I'm referencing the required forms noted in the Pre-proposal conference PowerPoint print out on page 23. The forms are only required for the prime contractor.
